If you received a wrong or damaged item, BYJORA will cover the return shipping charges.

5. Exchanges

Currently, BYJORA does not offer exchanges.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within the 7-day return period for a refund.

6. Sale & Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items are eligible for return, provided they meet the return conditions mentioned above.

The item must be unused and the return must be due to receiving a wrong or damaged product.
